BC Apron, Miami International Airport $21.1M
Renovation and expansion of the apron areas adjacent to Concourses A, B, C & D. This project consists of approximately 1,016,620 square feet of new bituminous and Portland cement concrete apron and taxilanes; storm sewers, sanitary sewers, domestic water distribution and fire protection mains, and electrical and communications ductbanks. This project also calls for the demolition of approximately 238,208 square feet of structure consisting of the existing Concourses B, Concourse C and the existing Baggage Shed.

Harley Davidson – 201 International Parkway , Sunrise $800,000
This site development project included clearing, water, sewer and storm drainage infrastructure. Other phases of work included 8,000 square yards of limerock base and asphalt paving, 8” concrete paving display areas, sidewalks, striping and signage.
Airside civil development work necessary to support the construction of the North Terminal A-B Concourse area. The work included approximately 344,000 square feet of new asphalt and concrete pavement, new storm sewers, sanitary sewers, domestic water distribution and fire protection mains, as well as electrical and communication duct banks. The work also included the demolition of existing utilities, maintenance of essential utilities to the existing terminal building, and preparation of a work platform for the building construction project. This project was constructed in multiple phases supporting aircraft movement and gating requirements as well as building construction.
A-B Apron & Infill Utilities, Miami International Airport $9.7M
